Poor Centre Management

After spending thousands of rands at shops in your mall I have to pay R2 to go to a toilet? Poor management. So stupid, I do not have loose R2 so guess what, I cannor use facilities!!!!! Very poor management. Will not return to this mall, will never spend at this mall again!
