Stagnant RAF case since 2009

I had a bad experience with them. They’ve been holding my Road Accident Fund case since 2019 till today the case seems to be stagnant. They’ve haven’t been communicating with me for the past 5-6 if not more, I’ve been trying to reach out to them and they do not respond to any of my text or call.
