Poor Service

on the 7th of November 2020 I paid 50% deposit to Mako General Welding to built a carport for me. The agreement was to paid deposit before the work commence. The deposit was paid. We agreed that the work must start on the ninth and be completed on the fifteenth. He showed up on the 11th November to dig hole to install the square tube/structure support for carport and never came back. On the 16th I called him to ask why the work is not done, he didn't answer his phone. I keep on calling him still he was not responding. On the 17th he wrote an sms saying he wasn't feeling well. I asked him why he didn't call and let me know? He rep****: 'I work with lot of people.' I told him that is not an excuse for a customer.

He never show up even today, I keep on calling him, His phone is just ringing. He delayed my project with his poor service and lie. His contact number is ***. Please help me to get refund since he failed to do his work.
