Worst service

I had to attend a wedding at this venue, but the guest list was cut short due to lockdown. I booked a room before the lockdown and when I contacted Makiti for a refund they informed me that they cannot refund me but rather give me a voucher. I asked if I could sell the voucher to one of the guests attending the wedding and they agreed. I have been waiting for weeks for a renewed voucher in the new owners name, in order for me to receive payment. They blatantly ignore my emails and cannot help me telephonically. I don't understand how difficult it is to just send a simple message. Will definitely not recommend this venue to any future brides or visitors.
