Unaccommodating

I would never in my life recommend this venue. We have an upcoming wedding where the brides****s, bride, mothers, etc hair and make-up need to be done before the wedding. The lady doing the make-up and hair would like to start at 7 in the morning. They are unwilling to assist us with a place to do this. We need to be finished by 2 o'clock as wedding pictures still needs to be taken and the wedding starts at 15:30. They are willing to give us a venue from 11:00 clock. We would never be finished by 14:00 will all. The groom and groomsman can only book in at 14:00. This is really unacceptable.
