Rude lodge manager, dirty rooms, bed bugs

We were staying over at Makiti Wedding Venue as we attended a wedding om 10 December 2022. The so called "lodge manager" (the woman with the extremly red dyed har) were very rude when we asked to check in a bit earlier to get ready for the wedding. We stayed in 8A, the shower gives electric shocks while showering and the light in our room did not work. No fan in the room either. My family stayed in 3B and the discovered bed bugs and if you lift the curtains you see how dirty it is and alot of dead insects under the curtain. Will never stay there again.
