Makiti wedding venue

I was suppose to have a wedding at Makiti wedding venue in krugersdorp this October but due to global pandemic I had to postpone for next year. Makiti management is giving me a tough time they say I will lose my deposit if I postpone because I signed their contract. I have tried to reason with them but they won’t offer me a free postponement, instead they have been threatening me with their contract. I have been treated so unfair by this venue and I would like to contact their ombudsman if anyone can help me with contact details I would really appreciate it.
