Makiti cancellation costs *******

We issued a letter of demand to them on 11 September 2020. On 15 October 2020 our lawyer asked for feedback and we were told to forward the letter of demand to their legal department. We cancelled our wedding at their venue MORE THAN 6 months in advance and they are charging us over 18k in costs. BS!!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable.
