Disappointed with the service

I will start if to say that this venue is beautiful as one will see when you get there... the only wedding venue where the photos on the website were the same as the venue...

The function itself went of without any major problem and we had a funfilled great evening...

Our compliant is in regards to after service and administration.

Trust me if you are looking for administrational nightmare then use Makiti.

The wedding coordinator is beyond useless... The final discussion went well we were granted all our requests some being charged for at a price that we dont think is fair but we accepted it no issue there... but when it boils down to the invoice it was a mess... the number of mistakes that were made almost made us eventually to cancel the venue!

In the end each and every wedding venue is not in the business of renting out a venue they in the business of granting happy memories that is why we chose them thats where we thought we could have the best memories of our wedding day... but the number of corrections we had to request on the invoice, not chaning a thing from the final discussions, caused so much stress we actually were not sure that the evening would be a success!

And for your information they give themselves the right to deduct their mistakes from your deposit! And they even deducted corkage fees for bottles that were not opened!

So please when you do decide to make use of makiti make sure you stay in control of the admin as they clearly are not!
