Disappointed

• Tap in kitchen is fixed with masking tape and still the water is coming out of the side. • Microwave dirty. • Oven dirty. • ****roaches in the kitchen. • No base covers. • Bedding has holes in it. • Duvet covers do not close property at the end. • Curtains dirty. (I took away the curtain and there was still and hidden sock – beige, of the previous guests that stayed there). • On the Friday night it rained, and the water was coming through the roof in one of the far end double bed rooms. • No bath mats. (I called the office on Saturday morning for some. So glad nobody of us slipped on the floor). When I received the bathmats you could see that one of them had its time and it is tearing on the side. • Towels very old and warm out. • In the shower you could not touch the shower nobs because you were shocked. (Did report it on Friday morning, but apparently the electrician could not come out). • The cleaning lady came in Friday morning after I phoned the office with my concerns/requests and cleaned here and there fast. The stoep was not even cleaned properly nor the table was wiped off. • Making my bed (double bed room at the bathroom) the curtain moved and looking outside the window it was not even clean. There was litter there. • Windows has not been cleaned.

I’m sure that if the managers or the owners stayed in a place like this and they saw all this they also would be unhappy. I read all the rules ect before we came to Makiti. I wish the accommodation was so up to date as the rules you have in place.
