Cherry on the Cake

My husband and I were married in June 2019. We met each other very late in life and both of us had been married before (I am 50 and my husband is 53). We wanted something really special for ourselves this time. A friend recommended Makiti to us and we were glad they had. Makiti and their staff did not disappoint. We hired the Ballroom Venue and Chapel. We were allowed to use our own pastor and because we are both avid bikers, we were allowed to have our beloved motorcycle as part of the ceremony. Ananda, Tabitha and Storm were awesome and so patient with us two! The cherry on the cake though was that I lost my wallet just before the wedding and couldn't remember where. I had lost it at Makiti during the pre-wedding and they called me to let me know they had found it and kept it at reception for me to collect. Amazing venue, amazing food, amazing people.
