Bad service

Im very disappointed with Makiti wedding venue, my husband and i renewed our vows last week friday and everything seem to have gone well until we discovered theft after their wedding coordinator went into the room that i was getting dressed in to clean, then next thing we knew an envelope that i had personally placed in the paper bag that carried a gift went missing..

In the meetings we held just before the renewal of vows when asked if i would like anyone to come clean i personally asked about safety of our valuables and i was told we can trust them 100%.. I reported this matter 1st thing saturday morning before checking out of the venue and next thing i knew the wedding coordinator was now sending my husband nasty msg's, we went to show them the msg asking is this what we must deal with now or is this what they meant when they said they dealing the matter?? I sent an email on monday again and they said they investigating the matter, yesterday i called them wanting answers and was given same excuse of management still investigating, they couldnt say when i would contacted on this, which is reallly what is getting me worked up because i believe had we ****** anything we would have been long held accountable and probably lost our deposit.. Due to such treatment i would never ever recommend Makiti to anyone simply because of the lack professionalism on clients, they just dont take us seriously.. Theft is something u cant take lightly, the way it was done i cant tell that this is what they use to so word of advise if you do go with them make sure those vouchers or envelopes are not kept in the room As for Makiti wedding venue, we want our envelope back that was given to us as a gift from my mother inlaw, that coordinater was sent by you and yall gave us your word that we could trust her.
