APPALLING Accommodation!!!!!

The WORST Accommodation and horrible experience!!!! Zero stars for accommodation and Management. The Manager was rude and looks down on people. The rooms were DIRTY!!!!! Dust everywhere. Toilet and basin were dirty. Towels were old and maroon in colour. One remote in the room…therefore TV was not working. No basic maintenance done. One window doesn’t close. No hangers. No glasses. No hand towel. No soap. Absolute waste of money and overrated.
