EXTREMELY Bad service

I purchased a Makhita cordless drill at Makro store and signed a 2 year waranty in store, after 6 months that I've barey used it,it stopped working. I tried to charge it but still did not work. I took it in to Makro@Carnival in Brakpan and after a week they phoned me and said I must pay R1800 for the repairs. I declined the offer and insisted that Makhita open it up to find the problem,they phoned me again saying there is a part in the drill that isn't covered by the warranty. I declined the offer and requested that they must send my drill back. after I recieved it the drill was opened up and some of the parts was missing. They refuse to fix my drill.
