Coreless Makita Equipment

My Battery pack on my range of cordless makita equipment failed and i requested service assstance on the 6th of October 2014. after numerous requests the sales person came to collect the battery and untill now i hve not heard from them again. Subsequently my second back up battery failed for no reason. These batteries do not seem to last as proffessed by the sales peolpe.
