Worst service

I requested to get my drink before my food which i got about 45 mins later. I was then told that platter for one (my order) was finished an hour after ordering. The waitress was not friendly and the owner of the restaurant. My friend wanted a ****tail but the waitress said that they dont have any because the barman was not around. The worst service ever.
