pathetic customer service.

Hubby and I make reservations on Tuesday for one of their units for Saturday 29 March 2015, we were advised that everything was reserved however that was not done . We made enquires with regards to payment and we were advised by Themba that payment can be made upon the day we arrive . Come Saturday we get there only to find out that the place is fully booked and no reservation were made. I'm disgusted at their service.I need them to compensate us for all the inconvenience caused.
