WRONGFUL USED EXAMINER FOR DRIVING LICENCE

TESTING GROUND MAKHADO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY.

I send my child to make a booking to be tested for a driving licence; the booking was succeeded.

On the day for test my child tested my Mr Khangale and she couldn't make it due to mistake we didn't understand. I further more more asked about the Examiner as it was my first time seen Him as an Examiner for Driving licence. I know him as appointed as an examiner for Motor Vehicle only,

MAKHADO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY never appoint Mr Khangale as an Examiner for driving licence but He has been Testing our kids without being appointed by the Municipal Manager.

Makhado Municipality has only 3 appointed examiners for driving licences that known by the Department of Transport and the Municipal manager as Hes the one appointed them.

I am seeking for an answers on HOW,WHEN,WHERE did the Department of Transport allow the ordinary person to Examine our kids without being appointed by the Municipality or being notified the Department of Transport Polokwane.

HRM advertised the post of the Examiner and there is no appointed yet but we surprised while the is additional Examiner before the interviews held and the appointment being done.

Can someone come on bord and explain to the community on whats really expired.

IT MEANS ALL THE APPLICANTS HE PASSED THEIR LICENCES ARE NON VOID UP TO DATE AS HES NOT APPOINTED YET.
