Infringement of community rights

This company has been doing construction for over a year in my community at Doornkop, Snake park, their project was supposed to have ended in November 2019, the dig holes everywhere. It's like they don't know what they are doing there's no moving forward with their work. The community has been very patient. The other day they left mud at my gate I could not go inside the yard I ended up scratching the car. I spoke to their CLO by the name of Vusi. Who was not helpful at all this I don't think he even knows what his position does. Honestly all there workers in that project don't know what they are doing. They've been stuck on project for more than a year not counting lockdown. In the close by areas they left the construction unfinished and claimed they run out of funds. Somedody needs to investigate the work that these people are doing cause really I can't have people closing the streets every day for for over a year with no progress to what they are doing
