There are not many municipalities that can be complimented on their efficiency nowadays.

I would like to take the time to thank Mr Noel Mashamba in the Budget & Treasury Dept for his efficiency in providing rates clearance figures and rates certificate in record time, as well as his overall attitude towards his work!! I wish he could teach other councils how to be efficient and about customer service. THANK YOU NOEL!!
