Incompetence

We want to apply for the renewal of our drivers licences which will expire shortly. On arrival at the Louis Trichardt (Makhado) Municipality we first learn that this specific department only open at 8 o'clock. Then at the booth where they do the eye test we were informed that this is for a temporary licence only for the scanner is out if order since November 2015 and it will cost R85.00 for a temporary license.
