Poor service in government institution

Poor work ethics and undermining of patients. Staff only gives preference according to statuses.To be honest the service like that couldn’t be wished for anyone not even my worst enemy. Incident on 21/01/22 when I and my pregnant wife when sent from pillar to post as if no one knows where to send us for help. Even worried when one of the nurse ask my wife where did she find out that she is pregnant. When she told her it’s from the gynacologist,the nurse asked what is a gynecologist only to be told by one of a colleague. For the record we were there from 730 until 11:00 midday
