Poor workmanship Makhadabi Auto Dent

I took my car after having been give a quotation which I thought was reasonable. My car had a dent on the right front side door having been knocked off by a sliding gate. My right mirror was also affected. Firstly I was wondering that the quote was very reasonable compared to other panel beaters then again I thought these others are well established and this one is an emerging one and black owned. They took my car instead of replacing the door as the quote was saying they repaired the same door. I had a hired car now the period of hiring came to an end so I had to return the car and collect mine. On my arrival they were still busy after two weeks of having my car. On my way way there the Avis driver who was accompanying me when I told him that I was going to this panel beater he was surprised that it still operates as he hasn't been taking clients there for some time though they used to bring clients before. So when finally done my car was not well cleaned and the worknanship was of poor quality I had to take the car back and now they ordered a door which took over six months Tobe fixed so I had to drive my car with that repaired door while waiting for the door. And when it finally arrived took some days but again my car could not be fixed to it's original condition there was always something not fixed now when following up its stories after stories and then I remembered what that Avis driver said which meant that people are no longer using them because of this poor workmanship. My car is still not finished that was 2018 when I first dealt with them now I have decided to involve my lawyers.
