REQUIRING A FULL REFUND

My husband and I were looking for a house/Flat to rent in Springs. He was the one dealing with Lorraine, Lorraine said there is a house available for R3500.00 and we are required to pay R250.00 for administration fee and that is non-refundable. We paid the R3500.00 cash including the Admin fee and no receipt was given upon request. Then she forwarded me the contract which I completed and forwarded back to her with the copy of my ID, salary advance pay sheet and 3 months bank statement. according to her and her contract we were supposed to move in by the 01 July 2015 and that did not happen and when my husband requested to view the house she kept telling him that the house is being fitted with the wardrobes so we could not see the house even after the payments were made, on the 04 July 2015 we paid R3500 for access of the keys and insisted after a several phone calls not returned, I finally got the keys and the house was not in a satisfactory state, I could not pay R3500 a month for a house like that. My husband returned the house keys the following Monday 06/07/2015 and we requested a full refund but she is refusing to give us our money back.
