Plugin does not work - be cautious before buying

I purchased a plugin from them which is for your website and offers order bump upsells. So getting a customer to buy more. The plugin has a fixed price option which means that I offer an item at a fixed "better"price than normal to get the customer to buy that too. However if you run a discount/special or have wholesale pricing then this offer does not stay on "fixed" anymore... it deducts the wholesale discount from the so called "fixed" price

In my eyes if it says "fixed then it should be "fixed"

Their technicians checked the problem, agreed that it the "fixed" price does indeed not stay "fixed" and said that their plugin does work but not with the wholesale feature.

So I request a refund as I cannot use the plugin as it does not work for me - why should I pay for something that does not work..they do not offer refunds as per their policy.

I really feel that if it says "fixed" it should not fluctuate and it does and therefore I now paid for something that does not work for me and it is just too bad.

Their support person is really not helpful and she takes ages to get back to a person as the emails go to the junk folder and then she does keeps saying the problem is resolved.

They also say that they will make their plugin work for my site with the Wholesale offer but I need to pay an additional amount for that.

There are so many plugins for sites out there that simply do not do what you think they do.

Their reviews look amazing, but let me tell you - I left a review that has to be approved now - so they are not approving the bad reviews, only the good - so in their case do not let the reviews fool you.
