Seller of counterfeit products

I bought from this online company only to receive **** products which I returned. Despite lying to me saying that they would refund my money, it is almost 2 weeks later with absolutely no response (other than their snarky e-mail replies).

They have now proceeded to block me on all social platforms and I am fairly certain that they are blocking my e-mails.

Please be warned as there have been many complaints on other beauty community sites where clients have had the exact same complaint.
