The worst customer service at Makeup shack

I purchased skincare items on the 24th of March and till date have not received my order. I have emailed Makeup Shack & they've promised to query the problem with their courier & I still have not received any response. I followed up with makeup shack again & received no communication from them. My emails are being ignored at this point even though I have been more than patient with them as a result of the lockdown. Their service is disgusting to say the least, no customer service what so ever!
