Bad quality for money at Makeup Madonna

I went to Makeup Madonna in Welgelee plein in Wellington for permanent eyeliner, 3 days after there were NO eyeliner left on my eyes so I send the owner (Sonja) a message with some photos she saw of my eyes to show her what I’m talking about. I paid R1300 for this treatment with NO results and Sonja responded that she will not give me a refund. This is utterly unacceptable for a business to do business this way.

Please do not do business with them because you won’t get what you have paid for. They are all about taking money with no product quality.

I am DISGUSTED for this business!
