WORST SPA!!!!

Pathetic. I paid for a full body massage on 11 April for my birthday. They didn’t do the massage and they have been ignoring my calls and messages and refuse to refund me. I have sent numerous emails and made many calls. What a horrible pathetic company!!!! Absolutely no care for customer satisfaction. I have been so patient with this company but they have just been a nightmare to deal with.
