Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service from Make up for life ,i am utterly disappointing in the manner of approach of who ever is dealing with orders via their whats app,

first of all ,this person is not in any way professional,does not pay attention to detail and i was at some point doubting going ahead with placing an order

i let my guard down and placed an order yesterday at 8 ,make payment for the order as well as the shipping fee and sent my proof of payments , i still went on to explain the urgency as i have a 2 o'clock flight and this person said my delivery will be made today ,now following up at 11 i am told to track the order myself .
