I approached Michelle in Jan to ask if she was available to be my make up artist for July. At the time she said she was. I had asked her advice on some product etc and asked to meet with her to make sure i am comfortable with her and to see some more of her work as her website has 3 pictures. <br> <br> A week before our appointment date she lets me know that she is no longer available to assist me as she has another bride who paid her in full the DAY BEFORE. I had not been made aware that there may be someone else who was prepared to do X, Y, Z to which i could respond. I was dropped and blindsided and unable to do anything about it.
