Bad business practice.

I have a bad experience with this shop refusing to refund and having supp**** me with a fan that does not work. Very unprofessional and very evasive business model by owner who seems to think that you can process money that you have not earned . Business practice of this institution is very ********* I wish I could do more than jus complain but it's not worth it...ships like this one sink on their own.
