Three years ago, Makarios installed fencing around our property in Pinelands. A couple of weeks ago, the lock mechanism on the pedestrian gate broke. I contacted Mr Grobler to ask whether his company could undertake the repair of the lock and, if so, what the cost might be. Mr Grobler inquired as to the exact nature of the fault and then let me know that Makarios would repair the lock for us at no cost. A few days later, a technician arrived here and installed a completely new and upgraded lock mechanism for us. Not only was the job done promptly and efficiently at no cost, but it was a pleasure dealing with both Mr Leon Grobler and his technician.
