Poor management of Nonna's

Called to book a table outside, was told by manager Jason that no reservations could be made after 12pm. Arrived at Nonna's to be told that no reservations would be accepted after 3pm and that we would need to wait until a table was made available. The table that we were provided had a brick wall view and after complaining we were told no other tables were available at 3pm when the restaurant had already quietened down and had available tables.
