Pathetic service speed point operator Sheraton

On Saturday my husband and I we intrigued at staying at the Makaranga Gardens, The speed point operator Sheraton was extremely rude. When I enquired the price of a room she advised that I should look it up on the website, she thereafter gave me the wrong price. She displayed a pathetic attitude, laughed at me and kept saying thank you. When I enquired about the buffet breakfast she put me through to the spa, and left me on hold. - I am utterly flabbergasted that an establishment such as yours has a person like thin in your employ, I would really like to hear from Ryan the manager in response to this query.
