Waiting 8 days for loan payout

I have been a customer of Makanda finance for a few months , I am a loyal customer and have never missed a payment when I apply for a loan the debi check is loaded the same day but payment takes 48 hours, in the beginning it was within 24 hours moved to 48 hours which I did not have a problem with , however this month what is happening is beyond my understanding the debi check was loaded on my account on the 26th I still have not received te money , I have been enquirying the entire week and was finally told yesterday that the 3rd party has not yet cleared funds on Makanda side and thus there is insufficient funds for payout, but was assured I would receive payment late yesterday or today, I am still waiting, I am really unhappy because the live chat is supposed to be real time but no one responds I have to log in at least 5 times and greet before anyone comes online right now I have been sitting and waiting online for feedback but to no avail and the number online does not work, I asked the agent for payment confirmation she was unable to provide and became irritated with me , is this how loyal customers are treated, I would like to know when I will receive the money please as even the what's app line reads your msg and does not reply. This is pathetic
