Very Poor Communication S****s

I app**** for a loan on the 17 April 2019. I received a loan agreement on the 23 April 2019, signed and rep**** for them to go ahead with the agreement the same day. After numerous calls by myself the loan was eventually paid out into my bank account on the 26 April 2019 to be repaid on the 30 April 2019 according to my loan agreement. I assumed the reason why the took so long was because of the Easter holidays we had & Also that i was a new client then so i understood. i again last week app**** for loan but i haven't received any communication from them as its almost a week now and every time i call they will get back to me which never happens. i called again today 06 May 2019 at 08h30 am and i was promised to be called back before 10h00 am but as usual this never happens. i understand that i am not the only customer but for heavens sake give a person some feedback instead of ignoring them. why should the client try to get any feedback or only receive a response after he/she calls.
