Update my credit report

Makanda Finance please can you update our credit reports I have been requesting for my credit report to be updated forever now there are 7 accounts on my credit report and all are up to date but we all know I have not taken a loan in a very long time. I sent countless emails to *** and was responded after a longtime to send to *** even now I have not received feedback or an acknowledgment of my email. PLEASE URGENTLY RESPOND
