Unprofessional and Rude

Good Day, I would like to warn people not to take any loan from Makanda finance, the listed me on Credit Bureau as a defaulter, while my account was paid in April 2023, never missed any payment and when I communicate with them they are telling me that their system is down and they cannot update, it have been over a year now with their down system, and my life is on standstill because of these unprofessional. Why list a person when they have paid in full and not owing.
