Unprofessional and lack of customer service

My first time taking out a loan with Makanda and sorry to say it will be my last. I took out a short term loan and the repayment date was set for the end of the month, however they deducted an amount 5 days after I took out the loan. I contacted them and explained the situation to them, bottom line is they had blocked my number from calling them, I was promised feedback by COB by the HOD for loan applications and I have received no explanation and no refund.

I had sent numerous screenshots from my banking app and as well as my bank statement, only be told that they did not deduct the money from my account.

The response was less than professional, promises of a call and further feedback and none received and more concerning is the blocking of my calls.

By far the worse loan company I have ever dealt with!!!
