UNPAID REFUND

Good day

It has been three WEEKS since I have been waiting for a refund owed to me. I have been given the run around time and again. The consultants are misleading as the one would say 24hours, the others just apologises. Which is useless cause I still do not have the money THEY OWE ME!. I have just recently started using them and their loan processing is quick and formidable, but it is as if they do not plan to give me the money they owe me back. Cause how difficult is it to do a refund. It is MY MONEY, not THEIRS!!!
