I would not recomment them at all, They do not honour agreements, they put debit orders as and when they want to. Does matter if it involves a little baby been without of milk or food for week as long as they get their money.

I didnt want to give my banking details for an arrangement so they threatened me with the Sherrif at my office. I agreed to give them my banking details and we agreed on the last day of the month and they went and deducted the money on the 25th. When I enquiry about it i was told you owes us money so we wont refund. And debit order will be changed for next month. Come next month i will have to pay extra charges if there is no money available in the account because i am only getting paid month end.

So where is the humanity in this?

I will proceed with action to the onbudsman
