Unhappy Client

Please be careful when making arrangements if you are behind with your payments they load 2 debichecks onto your account and you only agreed to one payment a month. They collected 2 different amounts requested a refund cause I made arrangements based on what I can afford they refused I let it go and they said they have canceled the other debit order. They have went again and collected two different amounts from my account. That's not how a financial institution should be doing things and they are registered. Behaving like a loan shark.
