Good day my name is Johannes Gopolang Motlhajoe ID *** I am having a problem with Makanda Finances they have been owing me a refund of R700 since 05 June 2024 and every time they came up with excuses,I talked to their branch manager but he did nothing they are now playing hide and seek with my refund,they were supposed to deduct R646 from my debit order and they debited R1372,plus R646:and they refunded only R646 instead of R1372 now they don't want to refund my balance of R700 please help
