STOP HARASSING ME

For the past 6 months I have been continuously harassed by unprofessional DUMB consultants from Makanda Finance. I made contact with the provider last year advising them that I am aware of my loan account being in arrears and entered into a payment plan with the consultant telephonically and received confirmation thereof via email. Since October 2018 even though Makanda receives my payment on the 21st of every month, I get up to 5 phone calls from them. The agents keep calling yet the company is receiving my payment as per payment plan on time every month. When I ask them why do they need to call me if nothing has changed and there is a payment plan in place and they are receiving the money, they say its their policy. Seriously this is pathetic harassment and needs to stop. I am sick of the calls and refuse to answer them going forward. Makanda is receiving their payment on time every month. There is absolutely NO NEED TO KEEP HARASSING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
