Severe complaint

Urgent: Overdue Refund and Breach of Promise To Whom It May Concern I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my outstanding refund, which was promised to be paid into my account by latest today, July 8, 2024, as confirmed by your team. It has now been 8 days since the initial promise, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from your team, including a conversation with Manager Beauty last Friday, I have been ignored and my refund has not been processed. The lack of communication and dishonesty regarding the timeline for payment is unacceptable. I request that my refund be processed immediately, and I expect it to reflect in my account no later than today. Failure to do so will lead to further action, including escalating the matter to my lawyer and filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities. I have also been left with no choice but to share my disappointing experience on social media, which has resulted in formal complaints being logged.
