*****s people's information and blacklists them , wanting money ..

My dad got a call this morning from an agent from this company mentioned above , they say he owes them money that he supposedly took last year November and he has been blacklisted . My dad doesn't remember taking any loan from this company. This is all a **** , *****ing people's information and we are going to take this to court .
