Remove your account from my credit profile

Remove your account from my profile, I took a loan in June and i was sent an email that the Load will not eb deposited based on that they had system issues i was okay with that, my challenge is that the account is till reflecting on my credit score as active. i have been patient with Makanda since June and we are no win September the account is not being updated to closed for the money i never received. ***
