Refund taking too long!!!!

I have 2 debits that went off my account on sat the 06/07/2024 for an account that I settled. They are now taking long to refund me after they advised that they will do a refund as soon as the payments were confirmed on their side, which was confirmed yesterday. They are now advising that a refund will be done on the 16th. Why should I wait for so long?? Those funds were for something else and were not just sitting there for fun. I want my refund pls. ASAP!!!
