PATHETIC!!!!

If I could rate -10 then I would. What pathetic service. This is now the second time that I have had to call and cancel a loan as they just do not process the loan and it is pending for days or weeks on end and when I called to cancel Thabang had not one word of apology rather said its fine if I want to cancel. How is it possible to have such employees in a business that does not value the very customer that is the reason for them being there. Pathetic Service!!!!
